Xenia Gratsos (* 12. Februar 19?? in Athen, Griechenland) ist eine griechisch-US-amerikanische Schauspielerin. Sie verwendet manchmal auch den Künstlernamen Brioni Farell.

Xenia Gratsos kam in die USA um als Schauspielerin im Theater und Film zu arbeiten. Sie lebt mit ihrem Mann, dem US-amerikanischen Schauspieler Eugene Robert Glazer, und ihren Hunden und Katzen in Los Angeles, Südkalifornien.
